Pieces from The Edit

Most pieces are made or shipped to order for you by the studios we work with. For that reason:

In-stock accessories (tabletop, ceramics, textiles and small decor) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.

Made-to-order, custom, personalised, lighting and furniture pieces are final sale. This is stated on each product page before purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@acouplenadream.com, with photos of the item and the packaging. We arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled at no cost until the piece is ordered from the maker. After that, the maker's cancellation terms apply and are shown on the product page.

Design gifts

Design Consultation and Design Day gifts are non-refundable once the gift code has been sent. They do not expire. The recipient may reschedule a booked session once, with at least 48 hours' notice.
